I too have a new found boost to make it to my strongest, healthiest me. Thank you Gina for what you do, without Boot Camp I wouldnt have met so many wonderful women and given my family the best of me. In the hardest part of my life(emotionally and physically), the relationships in boot camp, have kept me strong. Baby Boot Camp is such a Blessing.

I did the videos a few times in a row, my calves almost died, I can still feel it. Great work out! I'm no longer the self proclaimed lazy crumb I once was, but I did eat too much junk. Looking forward to class! Also , I've never heard of the haggis place, but we haven't gotten out at all for too long, we give it a try, I named my Tauris Morris, so hopefully Morris has enough guts to drive on ice to get to the dry roads. :)

Today I did 3 videos for the blog (you'll see them later this evening - video takes a LONG time to upload/download). Then I ran the equivilent of 3 miles around the loop through my kitchen & livingroom. 1 mile is about 75 laps. Whew! My daughter ran for about 20 minutes with me, so it was fun. Just put on a cd and get moving - keep your heart rate up and the sweat coming until the cd is over (most likely around 35 to 45 minutes).

I ran around with my family for about a half hour earlier, then did the posted workout of 3 times each of 15 dips/pushups/squats/burpies. I plan to add 15 mintues of abs later today. Let me know if you want it posted. :)
