Be sure to warm up and stretch all major muscles groups before beginning - legs, arms, abs...
- 2 minutes side shuffle long-ways across your living room (keep toes in and hop high between shuffles)
- 2 more minutes side shuffles in a slight squat (keep toes in, knees bent and booty down)
- 2 more minutes side shuffles in LOW squat (toes in, booty down and weight in your heels)
- 1 minute dips using a chair or arm of your couch
- 1 minute 'grasshoppers' or cross country ski in place
- 1 minute jumping jacks, making silly faces to your little one
- 1 minute wide push-ups
- 1 minute narrow push-ups
- 1 minute 'kamikaze' push-ups on wall/chair/couch
- repeat from the beginning at least 3 times
- stay hydrated!
