Wednesday December 23rd workout

Be sure to warm up and stretch all major muscles groups before beginning - legs, arms, abs...

  • 1 minute hold plank, with 'grasshopper' feet
  • 1 minute alternating hop lunges, or just alternating lunges
  • 1 minute cross country ski
  • 2 minutes hold plank, rotate body and reach left arm to ceiling, then back down and right arm to ceiling, repeat
  • 1 minute hold squat, twist upper body side to side
  • 1 minute 30 sec. booty kicks
  • 1 minute 30 sec. high knees
  • 1 minute hold push-up position half way down
  • 1 minute caterpillar crawl across room
  • 1 minute hip-dropping plank
  • repeat at least 3 times, go for 4!
  • stay hydrated!
Stretch out again to cool down. You can only be as good as you push yourself to be, and you are better than you think!
