- 1 minute hold plank, with 'grasshopper' feet
- 1 minute alternating hop lunges, or just alternating lunges
- 1 minute cross country ski
- 2 minutes hold plank, rotate body and reach left arm to ceiling, then back down and right arm to ceiling, repeat
- 1 minute hold squat, twist upper body side to side
- 1 minute 30 sec. booty kicks
- 1 minute 30 sec. high knees
- 1 minute hold push-up position half way down
- 1 minute caterpillar crawl across room
- 1 minute hip-dropping plank
- repeat at least 3 times, go for 4!
- stay hydrated!
