- 1 minute of side step and squat left around the circle
- 1 minute of side step and squat right around the circle
- 1 minute of squat, come up from squat on one leg, alternate
- 1 minute squat jumps
- 2 minute wall sit
- 1 minute plank
- 1 minute 'inch worm' around the circle
- 1 minute plank, stepping or jumping feet underneath you and back out
- 1 minute 'inch worm' around circle again
- repeat 3 times, BONUS is 4 times!
- stay hydrated!

Monday December 21st workout
Be sure to warm up and stretch all major muscles groups before beginning - legs, arms, abs... then Visualize a large circle in the room you are using.
