Monday December 21st workout

Be sure to warm up and stretch all major muscles groups before beginning - legs, arms, abs... then Visualize a large circle in the room you are using.

  • 1 minute of side step and squat left around the circle
  • 1 minute of side step and squat right around the circle
  • 1 minute of squat, come up from squat on one leg, alternate
  • 1 minute squat jumps
  • 2 minute wall sit
  • 1 minute plank
  • 1 minute 'inch worm' around the circle
  • 1 minute plank, stepping or jumping feet underneath you and back out
  • 1 minute 'inch worm' around circle again
  • repeat 3 times, BONUS is 4 times!
  • stay hydrated!
Stretch out and cool down.
